

KID’s Technical Service provides support to customers for all KID-Systeme GmbH products.
This includes regular customer visits, support for cabin reconfiguration and subsequent customising. It offers specialist support for troubleshooting between user and manufacturer.


Our service centres are located in Buxtehude, Germany; Beijing, China; Dallas and Seattle, US; and Dubai, UAE.
Each center provides full servicing and 24/7/365 AOG (aircraft-on-ground) support, spares and technical services.


KID-Systeme provides comprehensive training programmes to familiarise customers and respective crews with our products. Theoretical and practical training is provided through on-site courses and booklets.
