Service offers

All product design and manufacturing are conducted at KID-Systeme’s headquarters in Buxtehude, near Hamburg, in Germany, to meet the exacting quality standards of OEMs. The company also operates service centres in Buxtehude, Beijing, Dallas, Seattle and Dubai. Each centre provides full servicing and 24/7 AOG (aircraft-on-ground) support and spares facilities. The customer comes first, and KID-Systeme conducts regular customer workshops to listen to and examine feedback.

Technical publications

All technical publications by KID-Systeme, including the Component Maintenance Manual, Ground Equipment Manuals, Software User Manuals, Service Bulletins and Service Information Letters (SIL), are produced and verified in-house. The highly advantageous situation of “all under one roof” enables us to promptly and reliably document new products, repair solutions and customised cabin reconfigurations. All documentation is delivered on CD-ROM in digital format (PDF) as standard, but is also available as a hard copy on request.
