Our Customer Service offers worldwide support, for which we have received numerous awards. We ensure fast spares and repairs services through our service centres in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and China. We also offer our customers a 24/365-AOG spares service, technical service incl. on-site services, FAL support, FHS programs , inventory analyses, as well as loans and leases.
Customer Affairs consists of three functions: Sales, Customer Programmes and PR Communications. Together they stand for customer satisfaction, innovation and leading market position for our electronic cabin solutions, services and image in the worldwide airline market.
Our Sales team is responsible for all airlines, Non Airbus OEMs and other industrial partners worldwide. Customer Programmes coordinates all programme tasks with the customer, internal functions and third-party suppliers in order to ensure fulfilment of contractual terms.
